#KRDHolding Hiring: #Compliance_Lead_Auditor 📍 Location: Erbil, Kurdistan Region #KRDHolding is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Lead Auditor to join our team. In this role, you will report directly to the Compliance Director and lead audits across the Group to ensure full adherence to Quality Management Systems (QMS), internal policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements. 🔹 #Responsibilities: - Plan and lead compliance audits and inspections - Assess adherence to QMS standards, SOPs, and internal policies - Identify non-conformities, process gaps, and improvement opportunities - Apply Root Cause Analysis (RCA), CAPA, and PDCA cycle methodologies - Ensure audit findings are clearly documented with evidence - Escalate critical or recurring issues to senior management - Support or lead internal investigations related to compliance issues - Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement 🔹 #Qualifications_Requirements: #Education: - Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field #Experience: - 4–5 years in quality assurance, auditing, or process improvement roles #Competencies: - Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) - Experience in internal and external audits - Hands-on experience with RCA tools (5 Whys, Fishbone/Ishikawa) - Strong understanding of CAPA frameworks - Knowledge of PDCA cycle and continuous improvement - Familiarity with ISO standards (ISO 9001 required) - ISO Lead Auditor certification is a plus - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent reporting and documentation skills - High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple audits 📩 How to Apply: Interested candidates can send their CV to: [email protected] 📝 Please mention “Compliance Lead Auditor” in the subject line.
