#محاسب_بغداد We are hiring (Accountant)for our Branch in Iraq at Baghdad / The Fusteka group company Duties & Responsibilities: ▪ Maintains Accounting records by entering debits and credits invoices. ▪ Enter vendor invoices into system on a daily basis. ▪ Post & maintain paid invoice files into the system on a daily basis. ▪ Post & maintain accuracy of the Pending Invoice Report. ▪ Maintain accurate accounts receivable records. ▪ Maintain open & unpaid invoice files. ▪ Update & maintain paid clients invoice files. ▪ Post totals inventory records of quantity, type, and value of material, equipment, or supplies stocked in the company ware houses on a regular basis. ▪ Post & update inventories to all company assets on a regular basis. ▪ Maintains general account summaries. ▪ Posts client payments by recording cash and checks transactions. ▪ Prepares reports, such as inventory balance and shortages. ▪ Any other tasks related to the job. Standard Specification Requirements are representative of minimum levels of knowledge, skills and/or abilities. To perform this job successfully, the incumbent will possess the abilities or aptitudes to perform each duty proficiently. Qualifications ▪ Bachelor of Commerce from accredited University. ▪ Minimum 3 years of experience as Accountant. ▪ Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism. ▪ Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing. ▪ Must be able to keep client matters strictly confidential.
