Job Title: Information Technology Specialist Company Name: Fusteka Group Workplace Location: Basra -Iraq Workplace Type: On-site Employment Type: Full-time About the job: Duties and responsibilities: · Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software (e.g., Desktop and laptop computers, printers, switches, routers, wireless access points, scanners, and other production and non-production required hardware devices and software). · Perform server administration tasks, including user/ group administration, security permissions, group policies, print services, research event log warnings and errors, and resource monitoring, · Ensuring system architecture components work together seamlessly · Assist in troubleshooting, identify root causes, and provide technical support when needed. · Install & configure network equipment. · Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval, and success of changes made to the network infrastructure. · Monitoring and verification of workstations, network, fingerprint devices, and all work-related devices and their accessories to ensure functionality. · Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance of the CCTV system. · Supports VoIP phones and understands Call Manager functions. Work Experience: +2 years of work experience in relevant field. Skills And Qualifications: · Strong knowledge of MIKROTIK, UNIFI devices · Solid understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model · Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic, and network analytics tools. · Windows Server administration · Server Virtualization Education and experience: • bachelor’s degree in technology or computer science • Proven work experience in IT Send your resume to the following email ([email protected])
