We are hiring Civil Engineer for Fusteka group of companies at Basrah/Iraq Appointing a civil engineer as a site engineer requires a set of basic skills: Ø The site engineer must have extensive knowledge of civil engineering, including structures roads, sewage, water and other construction materials. Ø Reading engineering drawings: Must be able to understand and interpret engineering drawings and architectural layouts. Ø Project Management: Must be able to manage and organize projects, follow up on progress and ensure comply with schedule and budget. Ø Communication capabilities: The site engineer must have excellent communication skills to interact with team workers and contractors. Ø Leadership skills: Must be able to lead, motivate and direct the team towards achieving goals. Ø Manage problem-solving ability: Must be able to deal with challenges and solve problems which may occur during the implementation of the project. Ø Knowledge of technology: The engineer must have knowledge of the latest technologies used in the civil engineering industry, especially the AutoCAD program. Ø Safety Commitment: The engineer must be committed to applying safety procedures and ensuring that the work is done in a safe manner. Ø Ability to deal with stress: There may be pressure and challenges during project implementation, so the engineer must be able to deal with it effectively.
