This pivotal role involves managing sales performance, monitoring stock levels, overseeing dealer credits, resolving technical issues, and providing comprehensive support across sales and inventory activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market trends, a competitive mindset, and an ability to build strong relationships with dealers, clients, and partners. Frequent travel across Iraq is required to connect with key stakeholders and achieve sales targets. 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: 𝑺𝒂𝒍𝒆𝒔 𝑴𝒂𝒏𝒂𝒈𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕: Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed AC sales targets. Guide and support the sales team to maximize performance. Expand market reach by identifying and engaging new dealers and clients. Analyze sales data to adapt strategies as needed. 𝑴𝒂𝒓𝒌𝒆𝒕 𝑨𝒏𝒂𝒍𝒚𝒔𝒊𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑩𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑨𝒘𝒂𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔: Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Conduct market visits to gather insights, strengthen dealer relationships, and identify growth opportunities. Maintain knowledge of brand features to effectively position products competitively. 𝑺𝒕𝒐𝒄𝒌 𝑪𝒐𝒏𝒕𝒓𝒐𝒍: Manage stock levels to ensure product availability and avoid shortages or overstocking. Coordinate with the warehouse team for timely and accurate product delivery. Perform regular stock audits to ensure inventory compliance. Dealer Credits Management: Assess dealer credit needs and approve limits in line with company policy. Track credit usage, payments, and outstanding balances, working with finance to mitigate risks. 𝑻𝒆𝒄𝒉𝒏𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒍 𝑰𝒔𝒔𝒖𝒆 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒐𝒍𝒖𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏: Support dealers and clients in resolving AC-related technical issues. Coordinate with technical teams for efficient problem-solving and provide dealer training on maintenance and troubleshooting. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales, market trends, and inventory. Analyze sales metrics and propose strategic adjustments.
