The role ensures seamless coordination between suppliers, logistics partners, and client-facing operations, driving efficiency, compliance, service quality, and continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities:** • Lead and optimize operational activities across all branches and warehouse. • Coordinate between suppliers, logistics partners, and head office. • Implement and enforce SOPs, KPIs, and reporting systems. • Supervise inventory, dispatch, and inter-branch transfers. • Identify operational risks and implement corrective measures. • Support strategic planning, expansion, and operational capacity development. • Manage operational systems, including **Microsoft Dynamics**, ensuring process integration. **Qualifications & Skills:** • Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (Master’s preferred). • 5–7 years’ experience in multi-site operations and warehouse/logistics management. • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills. • Proficient in **Microsoft Dynamics** and Microsoft Office. • Excellent communication, reporting, and operational system design abilities. **How to Apply:** Send your CV to **[email protected]**
