Responsibilities: 1- Team Management: Lead and supervise the local team, ensuring they are well-trained, motivated, and adhere to company policies and safety standards. 2- Safety Compliance: Ensure that all drivers comply with safety regulations and guidelines, conduct safety audits, and implement safety training programs as needed. 3- Customer Experience: Collaborate with the customer support team to enhance the passenger experience, address feedback, and implement improvements to service delivery. 4- Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to analyze operational data, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to enhance efficiency and performance. 5- Cost Management: Manage operational costs effectively, hub expenses & and acquisition costs to meet budgetary targets. 6- Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about local and national transportation regulations 7- Emergency Response: Develop and implement emergency response protocols to handle accidents, breakdowns, and other operational disruptions swiftly and effectively. 8- Reporting: Generate regular reports on key operational metrics, performance indicators, and operational issues for senior management.
