مطلوب موظف في ديالى مطلوب قائد مدينة في شركة بَلي في محافطة ديالى We are seeking a dynamic and experienced City Lead to join our team in Dyala, Iraq. As a City Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations, supply-demand matching, acquisition process, and overall success of our ride-hailing services in the city. Your leadership and management skills will drive growth and ensure exceptional customer and driver experiences. Responsibilities -Supply-demand matching: Develop and execute strategies to efficiently match customer demand with available drivers, optimizing service quality and minimizing wait times. -Operation supervision: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the ride-hailing services in Dyala, ensuring smooth service delivery and addressing any operational issues that may arise. -Acquisition process and Hub management: Manage the acquisition process of drivers, coordinating with the driver customer care team and overseeing the functioning of the Hub. -Ensure that new drivers are onboarded efficiently and provide ongoing support to enhance driver satisfaction. -Sales officers management: Lead and manage a team of sales officers responsible for driver acquisition. -Set clear targets and provide guidance and support to drive their performance and meet acquisition goals. -KPIs and targets: Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the acquisition and driver supply. -Develop and implement strategies to achieve KPIs and targets, continuously evaluating and optimizing processes to improve performance. -OKR alignment: Align with the company's objectives and key results (OKRs), ensuring that the city's acquisition goals contribute to the organization's overall success. -Leadership and resource management: Lead a team of operations specialists and other relevant staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. -Effectively manage available resources to maximize efficiency and productivity. -Problem-solving: Proactively identify operational challenges and implement innovative solutions. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address issues and improve the overall effectiveness of the service in Dyala. Requirements -Proven experience in operations management, ideally within the ride-hailing, transportation, or logistics industry. -Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve targets and meet objectives. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, drivers, and customers. -Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights to improve operations and performance. -Proactive and adaptable nature, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. -Problem-solving skills to effectively address operational challenges and find creative solutions. -Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. -Fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
