The ideal candidate will have strong Kurdish and English communication skills (Arabic is a plus), with a minimum of 5 years of experience in FMCG sales capability, training, and development. This role requires flexibility and willingness to travel across the KRG and occasionally stay overnight for training sessions. Key Responsibilities • Design, deliver, and support sales capability training programs across the KRG • Assist in the development of sales processes, tools, and performance improvement initiatives • Monitor and report on training effectiveness and sales performance metrics • Collaborate with sales teams to identify skill gaps and training needs • Travel as required to provide on-site training and support Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (required) • Minimum 5 years of FMCG experience in sales capability or training • Strong command of Kurdish and English (Arabic is an advantage) • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) • Organized, professional, and willing to travel as needed How to Apply If you meet the above qualifications and are ready to enhance Al-Hayat Pepsi’s sales capabilities, please send your CV to: 📧 [email protected]
