It requires obtaining sales management approval for final invoices and any applicable discounts, as well as ensuring the receipt of the CRV to facilitate order delivery. Coordination with the warehouse team is essential for timely deliveries, and the position also entails liaising with customers to address their inquiries. Additionally, the role includes reconciling outstanding balances and delivered stock for dealers’ credit accounts, collaborating with finance and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order completion, and maintaining accurate records of issued invoices. Updating and creating new customer information in the system and generating regular management reports are also key responsibilities. **Qualifications** BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 3+ years of relevant experience in sales back-office function or customer service. Familiar with ERP/CRM systems and tools. Firm knowledge of DX and VRF products. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD. Excellent customer relationship management and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication skills and ability to interpret business or client needs.
