The company is dedicated to innovation, bringing the latest advancements in cooling technology to the UAE, Jordan, and Iraq. **Role Description** The role involves implementing IT policies and procedures to ensure security compliance while managing Office 365 and Active Directory for users in Iraq. It serves as the first level of escalation for IT inquiries, providing solutions and recommendations. Responsibilities include managing vendors and the RFP process for IT hardware and software, maintaining vendor relationships through contract reviews and negotiations, and contributing to IT budget planning and control. The position requires attending weekly IT meetings with the HQ team to discuss incidents, service requests, and SLA KPIs. Additionally, it provides technical support and training for end-users, maintains an accurate IT Helpdesk and ticketing system, oversees IT asset inventory, and monitors CCTV and vehicle tracking systems. The role also involves running diagnostic programs to resolve issues, executing general administrative IT tasks, and delivering high-quality customer service. ** Qualifications BSc degree in Computer science or equivalent. Firm knowledge of Office 365 and active directory. Certification is a must. ITIL certification is an added advantage. Azure cloud knowledge and experience is a must. 5+ years of experience in providing IT Helpdesk and field support services. Hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Strong communications and problem-solving skills. Good level of English is a must.
