Hiring a store keeper responsible for warehouse security, stock management, and reporting within Sardar Group in Baghdad.
#امين_مخزن #بغداد_سردار Sardar Trading Agencies company is looking for Store Keeper who will be responsible for protecting warehouses annexes and commodities against any tampering and takes all necessary measures to protect the store from theft and damage due to fire or any external effect in addition to controlling all in /out supplies/materials and generates reports to his /her direct supervisor with the numbers. Tasks and Responsibilities: Inhibits any person to go inside or leaving the warehouse area without approval according to Sardar Group policies and procedures. Staying at the location area until the arrival of his/her second shift assistant. Controls warehouse cameras and inspects stores in case of abnormal indications. Applies work place health and safety regulations, and applied security measures in Sardar Group. Exercises caution and reports any case of strange object discovery e.g. box, envelop to avoid risks. Performs security round checks for all areas within the premises of the warehouse. Reports any case of incident or accident to the concerned managers. Contacts police / civil defense department in case of any security/health issue with the coordination with his/her manager. Contacts shipping companies to facilitate the loading and unloading processes. Performs any related task as requested by the direct supervisor. Qualifications: Good communication skills Good knowledge of vehicle layout, parts catalogs, and computer stock lists Ability to handle Stock Ability to create great customer experiences Possess High School education.
