Job Opportunity | HR Generalist Al-Farah International for Food Trading (FMCG) is seeking to hire a qualified: HR Generalist Key Responsibilities: Implement and follow up on HR policies and procedures Manage employee affairs (recruitment, contracts, files, leaves) Monitor attendance and working hours Support recruitment activities and interview processes Coordinate with different departments regarding HR matters Prepare periodic HR reports Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources Previous experience in FMCG companies is preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work effectively within a team Proficiency in MS Office applications Work Location: Baghdad – Al-Rusafa – Jamila – Husseina Al-Ansar Street Working hours : 7:30 Am To 03:30 Pm Apply To: Please send your CV and mention (HR Generalist) in the email subject to : [email protected]
