Role Overview: A Product Analyst is responsible for evaluating, analyzing, and improving an organization’s products to meet business goals and customer needs. This role involves gathering and interpreting data, monitoring product performance, and collaborating with stakeholders to recommend actionable strategies for product development and enhancement. The Product Analyst also plays a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical teams to ensure product success. Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis and Reporting : - Write and execute SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data from databases. - Build custom reports and dashboards to communicate product performance and insights. - Identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement in product usage, customer feedback, and market conditions. Product Performance Monitoring: - Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess product success. - Monitor user engagement, retention rates, and feature adoption. Market Research: - Conduct competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and threats. - Understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points through surveys, focus groups, and interviews. Product Optimization: - Recommend new features, improvements, and product enhancements based on data insights. Documentation and Communication: - Create detailed reports, presentations, and documentation for product-related findings.Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders. - Ensure data and research are well-organized and easily accessible for team use. Skills and Qualifications: - Basic SQL knowledge, with the ability to write and execute queries independently. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. - Attention to detail. - Proficiency in English How to Apply?
