Iraq E- Gate for Financial Services (SWITCH) is giving You the opportunity to join its team Senior Officer-Product Analyst Job details: Senior Officer-Product Analyst Work location: Baghdad Workdays: 5 Work time: Full Time Job Summary: Support the product owner for Cards and Digital good in product life cycle to ensure meeting clients requirements in close collaboration with commercial, IT and compliance The main duties including, not limited to, determining the overall structure of the products, managing its development life cycle, solving issues related to such and ensuring final product is safe to be launched from all perspectives. Main Duties and Responsibilities: • Collaborating with prospective users and clients, through commercial team, to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements. • Defining the structure of the product in alignment with product owner • Managing the product bottle necks and prioritizing them based on changing requirements • Hands on life cycle of the product from creation until launch. • Developing customer stories • Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process • Liaising with all related parties and end-users to deliver updates • Initiate conducting market research, surveys, or database mining in addition to analyzing results to specify market requirements for in view of enhancing services offered to the related segment and consumer Visa and Master Card • Building offer business case and related business model to ensure that acquiring products are compatible with regulatory issues, technically feasible and fully supported quality assured and profitable to increase the company revenues and its profitability. • Development of standard and tailor made offers and identify risks and their margins that are involved in offers' launch and set healing alternatives to ensure smooth launching of offers • Be the primary responsible for the segment he/she manages from A to Z this includes but not limited to Customer satisfaction, competitor offers, Complaints, through managing the different channels and doing necessary escalation. • Support in acquiring business services and Tailor-made projects (As a Presales and Product owner) • Responsible for monitoring products performance and KPI’s; positioning with other products owners. Main Job Requirements: • Education: BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field • Years of Experience: 3-5 in product development or marketing analysis. • Needed skills: Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills, word excel access PowerPoint SQL Power PI If you meet the above requirements and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please submit your resume: [email protected]
