We are #Hiring Iraq E-Gate for Financial Services (SWITCH) is inviting you to join its team. Position: Officer-Call Center Agent (Front Office) Work location: Iraq-Irbil Workdays: 5 Work time: Full Time I. Main Responsibilities and Duties • Answer incoming calls and respond to customers’ emails. • Management and resolving customer complaints. • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors. • Provide product and service information to customers. • Research required information using available resources. • Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software. • Process orders, forms, and applications. • Route calls to appropriate resources. • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures. • Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls. • Follow up customer calls where necessary. • Complete call logs and reports II. Education and Training/ Experience • Bachelor's degree in Administration or equivalent. • 1 year’s experience in customer care or any related field. III.
