We are #Hiring Iraq E-Gate for Financial Services (SWITCH) is inviting you to join its team. Position: Officer - Compliance Work location: Iraq-Erbil Workdays: 5 Work time: Full Time I. Main Responsibilities and Duties • Execute and ensure compliance with the company's policies and procedures. • Audit "Know Your Customer" (KYC) forms to ensure completeness and compliance with standards. • Draft replies to official letters and inquiries addressed to the company in coordination with relevant departments. • Maintain and organize compliance-related documents and reports. • Participate in training programs to enhance compliance knowledge and skills. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper implementation of compliance policies. • Prepare periodic reports on compliance activities and submit them to the direct manager. • Stay up to date with new regulations from authorities such as the Central Bank and implement them under supervision. II. Education and Training/ Experience • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Financial and Banking Sciences, or Law. • Familiarity with CBI applicable laws and regulations. • +2 years of experience in Compliance with E Payment or Banking Sector. III. Skills and Competencies • Strong reporting skills • High proficiency in using Excel • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly. • Problem solving.
