We Are Hiring • Job title: Customer Services officer • Location: Baghdad \ Jurf Al Nadaf JOB SUMURY: the customer services specialist will responsible to cordite between the customer and the related internal departments (sales, warehouse, production). JOB DESCRIPTION: • Export and local dispatch documentation • Create invoices, Create debt note / credit note • Follow up with related parties to facilitate export process. • Facilitate the shipping of products from one destination to another • Arrange transportation, deliveries to meet customer demand with little to no delay. • Manages activities throughout the order fulfilment & transportation cycle • Review the goods details and transportation moods • Create packing lists and update shipment information in database • Organize files both manually and electronically • Create questioner / PI get approval from customer to proceed with delivering process • Create sales orders with required quantity in same time follow the stock / production • Create delivery for loading the goods & Dispose of unserviceable or damaged items • Send weekly / monthly reports for all orders, • Send the customer hard and soft copy of the invoices & Follow the statement of customers • Handle any returned goods with analyze the cause • Follow up the compline’s from customers • Send closing report to customer / finance team with all orders to close the month in SAP • Create and maintain contact with customers to ensure timely delivery of goods • Ensure all payments are processed in time - Assist customers with inquiries • Responsible for registering customers in SAP and follow up with them to get the required documents. • Master Data Creation on SAP. • Handle the customers complains and communicate with the related parties. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: • 3 years of service customer experience • Speaks Arabic & and English fluently • Good knowledge in SAP • Bachelor degree or higher. • Time Management • Well Organized • Problem Solving • Pro-Active • Extensive Knowledge of clearing process & Port Regulations If you are looking to apply you for this role please send your cv to [email protected] And put Customer Services officer in the email subject
