B.SC of Mechanical, Electrical Engineering OR Business Administration 2. 1-3 years’ experience in Backoffice support. 3. English Language is an added value. 4. Excellent knowledge in Excell, Word, Pdf and Outlook. 5. Communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills. 6. Self-motivated and collaborative during work pressure. 7. Overtime policy is applied. Job description: 1. Prepare offers and invoices with both Arabic and English. 2. Direct communication with clients to fulfill their requirements via emails, direct messages, and calls. 3. Follow up with sales team for offer status and delivery. 4. Coordinate with logistics, customer service and accounting teams to ensure seamless daily operation. 5. Weekly and monthly reports preparation, and ready for upon-request reports.
