Now Hiring : Industrial Project Development Director 📍 Iraq \ Kurdistan \ Sulaymaniyah 🏗 Brick Manufacturing Facility 🕒 Full-Time | Expatriate Role A leading industrial investment company is seeking a highly experienced Industrial Project Development Director to lead the full development and execution oversight of a major brick manufacturing facility in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. This is a senior leadership role responsible for regulatory readiness, financial governance, commercial alignment, and technical execution from final development through construction and early operations. 🔹 Key Responsibilities ▪️ Industrial Development & Governance Lead regulatory approvals, investment licensing & compliance under KRG laws Oversee quarry validation and long-term raw material sustainability Ensure feasibility study alignment with factory layout & capacity Act as primary coordination authority between ownership, consultants & authorities ▪️ Commercial & Contract Leadership Lead negotiations with EPC contractors, equipment suppliers & vendors Approve scopes, technical deliverables, milestones & commercial terms Maintain structured control over contracts & documentation Ensure readiness for construction, commissioning & initial production ▪️ Financial Oversight & Cost Governance Full capital expenditure oversight during project execution Monitor project budget vs. feasibility study Identify cost risks & mitigation measures Support engagement with banks & financing institutions 🎓 Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Finance, or related field MBA or advanced degree preferred 8+ years in industrial project development or large-scale factory setup Strong experience in feasibility studies, capital budgeting & contract negotiation Proven experience dealing with regulators & investment authorities Fluent in English (Arabic preferred) 👤 Ideal Profile We are looking for a strategic, disciplined, and highly professional leader capable of driving complex industrial projects with full accountability, governance discipline, and executive-level reporting. 📩 Send your CV to: [email protected] 📌 Subject Line: Industrial Project Development Director
