We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Business Development Manager to drive business expansion and identify new opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and achieving strategic business objectives. Responsibilities: • Market Analysis: • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities and market trends. • Analyze competitors and industry trends to position the company effectively. • Lead Generation: • Generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, and strategic partnerships. • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and partnerships. • Client Relationship Management: • Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. • Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions. • Proposal Development: • Prepare compelling business proposals and presentations for potential clients. • Negotiate terms and conditions to close deals and achieve revenue targets. • Strategic Planning: • Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company objectives. • Identify areas for improvement and recommend innovative solutions. • Team Collaboration: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. • Provide leadership and mentorship to the business development team. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus. 2. Fluent in English (written and spoken). 3. Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets., with (+4) years of experience. 4. Strong negotiation and closing skills. 5. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. 6. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities. 7. Leadership and team management experience.
