Career Opportunity | Baghdad Darjah for Recruitment Services is looking for a highly experienced and well-connected professional to join our team as: (( Senior Business Development & Partnerships Manager )) Job Overview :- We are seeking a senior-level professional with a strong corporate network and proven experience in B2B Business Development, Partnerships, and closing commercial agreements. The main responsibility is to acquire new corporate clients for Darjah’s recruitment and HR services, build relationships with decision-makers, negotiate commercial terms, and convert opportunities into long-term service agreements. Job Details :- * Location: Baghdad * Work Arrangement: Hybrid / Flexible * Employment Type: Part-Time / Flexible Engagement * Experience: 7+ years * Compensation: Fixed Retainer + Commission, based on experience and agreed targets Key Responsibilities :- * Identify and approach potential corporate clients. * Leverage an existing network to reach decision-makers. * Build relationships with CEOs, GMs, HR Directors, and senior management. * Present Darjah’s recruitment and HR services. * Lead negotiations on pricing, scope, and commercial terms. * Manage the sales process from initial contact to contract signing. * Secure Corporate Service / Recruitment Service Agreements. * Maintain the business pipeline and provide regular updates. * Develop long-term relationships with key clients and partners. Qualifications & Requirements :- * 7+ years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, or Partnerships. * Strong and established corporate network in Baghdad and Iraq. * Proven track record of acquiring clients and closing B2B contracts. * Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. * Excellent understanding of the Iraqi corporate market. * Ability to work independently and deliver results. * Strongly connected, proactive, and commercially driven. * Fluent Arabic; English is a plus.
