💼 فرصة عمل جديدة Job Vacancy | Assistant Procurement and Supply Chain Manager Darjah for Recruitment Services is seeking an Assistant Procurement and Supply Chain Manager on behalf of one of its clients in the oil and gas sector, to join the team at its Head Office in Al-Mansour, Baghdad. Job Details Job Location: Al-Mansour, Baghdad Working Days: Saturday to Thursday Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Monthly Salary: To be determined during the interview. Key Responsibilities Track purchase requisitions (PRs) and ensure all required documents and approvals are available. Research suppliers and maintain supplier profiles and qualification records. Prepare requests for quotations (RFQs) and organize quotations for comparison and review. Follow up on approved purchase orders (POs), supplier confirmations, shipments, and delivery schedules. Coordinate with internal departments, refinery teams, warehouses, Finance, QA, and suppliers. Update procurement records and transactions in Odoo and maintain accurate documentation. Support purchase order, goods receipt note (GRN), and invoice documentation checks. Prepare periodic procurement reports and escalate delays, discrepancies, and potential supply risks. Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field. 2–4 years of relevant experience is preferred. Working knowledge of procurement processes, including PR, RFQ, and PO. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Odoo. Strong documentation, record-keeping, and reporting skills. Good command of English and professional communication skills. Important Note -This is an operational and administrative support role.
