Job Title: Customer Service Engineer Division: Technical – Mechanical Modality Job Location: Najaf Job Type: Full Time Responsibilities: - Understand technical planning, operational strategies, and plans and participate in achieving objectives and targets. - Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of medical devices. - Monitor the installation process and follow up with providers. - Report any faults that may occur and fix them. - Manage mechanical issues with establishment chiller systems. - Perform any other duties required by the direct superior relevant to achieving technical targets. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, Electromechanical Engineering or a related field. - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field. - Fluency in Arabic and very good English level. - Strong follow-up and customer care skills. - Goal-oriented and achievement-driven. - Information-seeking mindset. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Strong problem-solving skills. - Must be willing to travel within and outside the country.
