Alitkan Company for Commercial Agencies LTD/Medical Devices is excited to announce a job opportunity for the role of Customer Service Engineer. Job Title: Customer Service Engineer Division: Technical Job Location: Erbil Job Type: Full Time Responsibilities: - Understand technical planning, operational strategies, and plans, and actively contribute to achieving objectives and targets. - Possess strong problem-solving skills. - Willingness to travel domestically and internationally. - Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of medical devices. - Monitor the installation process and follow up with service providers. - Identify and report any faults that may occur and resolve them. - Address mechanical issues with establishment chiller systems. - Fulfill any other duties assigned by the direct superior to achieve technical targets. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field. - Fluency in Arabic and a very good command of English. - Strong follow-up and customer care skills. - Goal-oriented and driven to achieve results. - Possess an information-seeking mindset. - Excellent oral and written communication skills.
