Job Opening: Warehouse Storekeeper 📍 Company: Al Injaz for beverage filling and manufacturing Company Location: Erbil Work Schedule: 6 days a week Salary Range: IQD 1,000,000 – 1,500,000 (depending on experience and qualifications) Position Overview: We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Warehouse Storekeeper to assist with our warehouse operations in Erbil. This position is essential for maintaining accurate inventory, ensuring stock integrity, and facilitating efficient supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities: - Receive, inspect, verify, and document incoming and outgoing shipments. Ensure that all necessary paperwork (GRN, delivery notes, invoices, transfer notes) is completed accurately. - Keep precise inventory records and manage stock control systems effectively. Perform regular physical stock counts and reconcile any differences. - Monitor inventory levels and notify relevant parties of any shortages or inconsistencies. - Arrange the warehouse layout to promote safety and operational effectiveness. - Guarantee that storage conditions adhere to FMCG standards. Collaborate with procurement, sales, production, and logistics teams. Adhere to safety regulations and company policies. - Assist in audit procedures and inventory reporting activities. Qualifications & Requirements: - 3 to 5 years of experience in a warehouse storekeeper role, ideally within the FMCG sector. - In-depth understanding of warehouse functions, inventory control, and stock management systems. - Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. - Fluency in Kurdish & Arabic is essential, Basic English communication abilities is a plus. - Excellent organizational abilities and strong attention to detail. - Capability to perform under pressure and adhere to deadlines. - Proficient numerical and reporting skills. - Diploma or bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related area is an advantage. Competencies that are accounted for: - Familiarity with fast-paced warehouse settings. - Comprehension of FIFO/FEFO concepts. - Knowledge of internal control and auditing processes. - Robust collaboration and communication abilities.
