Nationality: Iraqi Education:Human Resources, economics, financial, business administration, accounting, financial and banking sciences, statistics. Language: Fluent English & Arabic. Experience: 5-7 years in the same field. Main responsibilities • Strong knowledge with Iraqi labor law for both federal and KRG. • Solid practice with payroll and Iraqi salary calculation, familiar with calculating overtime and staff compensation. • Organized thinking style and active follow up for all HR related, performance evaluation, talent management, staff engagement activities, onboarding, talent acquisition, HR Operations. • Familiar with HR systems and softwares such us oracle. • Strong mathematical and financial thinking style, international experience is highly required • Familiar with country regulations interms of Social security, tax, internal and external auditors and CBI regulations related to HR topics. • Organized and committed to deadlines with high accuracy in reporting, good knowledge in implementing policies.
