مطلوب موظف / موظفة تعلن شركة مُدن للتوصيل السريع عن حاجتها الى موظف / موظفة كول سنتر المهام والمسؤوليات: -الاهتمام باحتياجات العملاء بطريقة حرفية ومهنية. -التاكد من تطوير مستوى عالي من العلاقات المهنية و المحافظة عليها مع جميع العملاء . -الاجابة على استفسارات العملاء و توجيه العملاء الى اقسام الشركة المختصة عندما يتطلب الامر مزيدا من المعلومات. -المحافظة على عمليات العمل الاستباقية لضمان تحقيق العمل الجماعي و الاداء الاساسي بشكل عام. -اعداد ورفع التقارير. -الاحتفاظ بالسجلات اللازمة. -تقديم مستوى عالي من خدمة العملاء و الكفاءة المهنية مع مراعاة ان جميع عملاء مدن اكسبريس لديهم متطلبات واضحة ويسعون دائماً الى اجراء لحظي و في الحال. -التعامل بكفاءة مع شكاوي العملاء و اتخاذ الاجراءات الممكنة لحل المشكلة على اكمل وجه مع الحد الادنى من تدخل قادة الفريق. المؤهلات المطلوبة: -مهارات التواصل الشفوية و الكتابية الجيدة -اجادة الرد على المكالمات الهاتفية -مهارات العمل تحت الضغط في بيئة سريعة الخطى و حساسة للوقت. -القدرة على التعامل مع مختلف الفئات من العملاء. -حسن السيرة والسلوك. -فهم جيد لجميع اقسام الشركة. -الرغبة في انجاز المهمة من اجل تقديم خدمة عملاء ممتازة. -امتياز في السمع و الانصات. -معرفة عملية ببرامج word و excel . موقع العمل: بغداد – شارع فلسطين – قرب النادي التركماني. ساعات العمل: 8 ساعات عمل مع 1 ساعة استراحة. وقت العمل: الصباحي (من 10 صباحا الى 7 مساءا) المسائي(من 2 مساءا الى 11 مساءا) الراتب : 700-800 ( مع وجبة غداء ) طريقة التقديم: يرجى ارسال السيرة الذاتية على الايميل ([email protected] ) مع ذكر المسمى الوظيفي في موضوع البريد المرسل. Work location: Baghdad - Palestine Street - near the Turkmen Club.
