المسمى الوظيفي: مسؤول إداري (Administrative Officer) الموقع: بغداد – المنصور أوقات الدوام: 6 أيام في الأسبوع - من 10:00 صباحاً إلى 6:00 مساءً الراتب: 900,000 – 1,000,000 دينار عراقي تعلن شركة درجة لخدمات التوظيف عن توفر فرصة عمل لمسؤول إداري للانضمام إلى أحد عملائنا في بغداد، على أن يمتلك خبرة جيدة في الأعمال الإدارية واستخدام الحاسوب، ويفضل وجود خلفية في قطاع العقارات. المهام الوظيفية: * إدارة وتنظيم الأعمال الإدارية اليومية داخل الشركة. * استخدام برامج الحاسوب وأنظمة الإدارة بكفاءة عالية. * متابعة الملفات والسجلات وتنظيمها بشكل دقيق. * دعم فرق العمل في إنجاز المهام الإدارية والتقارير. * التنسيق مع الأقسام المختلفة لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة. * إعداد تقارير دورية للإدارة. المتطلبات: * شهادة بكالوريوس في هندسة الحاسبات أو تخصص ذي صلة. * خبرة سابقة في العمل الإداري. * إجادة استخدام الحاسوب وبرامج Microsoft Office. * يفضل وجود خبرة في مجال العقارات. * مهارات تنظيم عالية ودقة في العمل. * القدرة على تحمل ضغط العمل والعمل ضمن فريق. * مهارات تواصل جيدة. للتقديم: يرجى إرسال السيرة الذاتية عبر البريد الالكتروني [email protected] مع ذكر عنوان الوظيفة: Administrative Officer
