📢 Job Opportunity at Zarya Construction Company 🔹 Position: Head of Legal and Compliance Zarya Construction Company is looking for a highly qualified and experienced professional to lead its legal and compliance department. ✅ Key Responsibilities: • Manage legal, compliance, and government relations matters • Draft and review contracts and legal documents • Handle litigation and regulatory procedures • Ensure compliance with Iraqi and Kurdistan Region laws and regulations • Coordinate with government authorities and protect company interests • Monitor legal updates and maintain corporate legal records ✅ Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Law • Minimum 10 years of experience in legal affairs • Strong knowledge of Iraqi and Kurdistan Region laws • Experience in construction and corporate legal matters • Fluency in Kurdish and Arabic, with good English skills • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills • Membership in the Kurdistan Bar Association is required • Experience in construction contracts, public tenders, and import/export permits is preferred 📍 Location: Sulaymaniyah – Iraq 📧 Apply by sending your CV to: [email protected] ⚠️ Please mention the position title in the email subject line. #All_Kurdistan_Jobs
