Job Vacancy: Accountant A factory located in Tanjaro Industrial Area, Sulaymaniyah, is seeking a qualified Accountant to join its team. General Information: - Position: Accountant - Location: Tanjaro, Sulaymaniyah - Salary Range: USD 1000 – 1400 (Depending on qualifications and experience) Working Conditions & Benefits: - Working Hours: 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM. - Work Schedule: Sunday to Thursday (5 days a week). - Weekly Off: Friday and Saturday. - Annual Leave: 20 days per year (As per Iraqi Labor Law). - Transportation: Provided by the company. - Social Security: Registration in the Social Security system according to the Iraqi Labor Law. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. - Minimum 2 years of accounting experience. - Good understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. - Strong analytical and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. - Good communication and teamwork skills. Responsibilities: - Record and maintain financial transactions. - Prepare financial reports and reconciliations. - Assist with monthly and annual closing activities. - Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company procedures. - Support audits and other financial reviews. - Monitor accounts payable and receivable activities.
