Job Vacancy Customer Care Key Account (Vendor Support) Company: Mirsal Zayouna Location: Baghdad – Zayouna Employment Type: Full-time (8 working hours/day, 6 days/week) Mirsal Zayouna is looking for motivated, customer-oriented professionals to join our team as Customer Care Key Account (Vendor Support). We are hiring for both Junior and Senior levels. Available Levels * Junior: 1–3 years of relevant experience. * Senior: 3–5 years of relevant experience. Key Responsibilities * Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned vendors (Key Accounts). * Respond to vendors’ inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. * Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient issue resolution. * Monitor vendors’ performance and service quality. * Follow up on pending cases and ensure timely closure. * Prepare reports and maintain accurate records. * Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and support. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. * Relevant experience according to the required level. * Good command of English (written and spoken). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook). * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. * Good organizational and time management skills. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. * Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service. Salary Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and competency.
