إعلان توظيف – Projects Coordinator تعلن شركتنا Optimal Performance عن حاجتها إلى مهندس إداري في مقر الشركة في اربيل, على أن يكون لديه خبرة عملية قوية في متابعة المشاريع، وقادر على العمل ومتابعة فرق التنفيذ عن بُعد بكفاءة عالية. المهام والمسؤوليات: • العمل كمساعد مباشر لمدير القسم في إدارة ومتابعة المشاريع والإشراف على سير العمل اليومي. • خبرة متقدمة في إعداد جداول الكميات (BOQs)، وحصر الكميات بدقة، وإعداد المواصفات الفنية وتوصيف الأعمال ونطاقات العمل للمشاريع المدنية والمعمارية. • متابعة سير العمل اليومي في مواقع المشاريع والتأكد من الالتزام بالخطة الزمنية. • إدارة الأعمال الإدارية المتعلقة بالمشاريع وإعداد التقارير الدورية. • التنسيق المستمر مع مهندسي الموقع والمقاولين والموردين. • مراجعة وفهم جميع بنود الأعمال المدنية وأعمال الإنهاءات وتحديد تسلسل التنفيذ الصحيح. • إعداد وتنظيم خطط التنفيذ ومتابعة نسب الإنجاز. • تحليل المشكلات الفنية واقتراح الحلول المناسبة. • متابعة المستخلصات، طلبات المواد، واعتمادات التنفيذ. • التأكد من تنفيذ الأعمال وفق المخططات والمواصفات الفنية ومعايير الجودة. المؤهلات المطلوبة: • بكالوريوس هندسة معمارية او مدنية. • خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في المشاريع المدنية والمعمارية و أعمال الإنهاءات. • خبرة ميدانية قوية في متابعة أعمال الموقع وفهم جميع مراحل التنفيذ. • معرفة تفصيلية ببنود الأعمال وتسلسلها الصحيح من بداية المشروع وحتى التسليم. • قدرة عالية على التنظيم وإدارة الأولويات ومتابعة فرق العمل عن بُعد. • إجادة استخدام برامج Microsoft Excel وMicrosoft Project، ويفضل الإلمام ببرامج AutoCAD • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل، إعداد التقارير، وإدارة الوقت. • إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة. المميزات: • بيئة عمل احترافية. • فرصة للنمو والتطوير الوظيفي. • راتب مجزٍ يُحدد حسب الخبرة والكفاءة. طريقة التقديم: يرجى إرسال السيرة الذاتية مع ذكر العنوان الوظيفي Projects Coordinator الى الاعنوان التالي: [email protected] Job Vacancy – Projects Coordinator Optimal Performance is seeking a Projects Coordinator to join our team at our Erbil Office. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in project coordination and be able to effectively monitor multiple projects and supervise site teams remotely. Key Responsibilities • Act as the direct assistant to the Department Manager in overseeing project coordination, execution, and day-to-day operations. • Preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), performing accurate quantity take-offs, and developing technical specifications and scopes of work for civil and architectural projects. • Monitor daily project activities and ensure adherence to project schedules. • Manage project-related administrative tasks and prepare periodic progress reports. • Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. • Review and understand all civil and architectural finishing work items, ensuring the correct sequence of execution. • Prepare and organize execution plans while monitoring project progress. • Identify technical issues and propose practical solutions. • Follow up on material requests, and execution approvals. • Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. • Minimum 5 years of experience in civil, architecture, and finishing projects. • Strong site experience with a comprehensive understanding of construction processes. • In-depth knowledge of construction work items and their proper execution sequence from project commencement to handover. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and coordinate multiple site teams remotely. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project; knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred. • Excellent communication, reporting, and time management skills. • Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
