#Job_Oppertunity #HR #Baghdad #Harlem_Group *Position Title:* HR Officer (Female) *Reports to:* Human Resources Director – HR & Payroll Manager *Job Purpose:* Providing support in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, onboarding & offboarding, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counseling & relations. Be part of culture building and employees advocate without ignoring company interest *Key Accountabilities:* * Assists in the recruitment and selection of Baghdad staff including preparing all relevant selection, schedule interviews, ads preparation, documentation. * Conducts the onboarding and offboarding of Baghdad new joiners and leaver. Ensures that all papers are available, for both, onboarding & offboarding. * Reviews attendance system records and data and prepare required attendance report for payroll preparation. * Serves as a main point of contact for all policy and compliance related inquiries and issues, both internally and externally by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders * Supports line manager in preparation JDs, HR Manual, Employee Handbook and all relevant HR processes documents as required. * Provide administrative support to the HR Department in all HR functions including, but not limited, to the Performance Management, Training and Development and leaves Management * Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager. *Minimum Qualifications:* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or another relevant field. Jobs *Minimum Experience:* * 2-3 years of experience in relevant position; *Job-Specific Skills (Generic / Technical):* * Excellent computer skills and very good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and related software; * Knowledge of general HR administrative work practices and legislations in Iraq. * Flexible, organized, friendly and detail-oriented, with an ability to prioritize multiple assignments. * Very good communication skills and basic understanding of HR principles. * Very good oral and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
