Job Details Position: HR Specialist Location: Al-Mansour, Baghdad Salary: IQD 1,250,000 per month Working Hours: 8 hours per day Working Days: 6 days per week Job Overview One of the well-known companies is looking for a qualified and experienced HR Specialist to join its team in Al-Mansour, Baghdad. The HR Specialist will be responsible for managing key HR and administrative activities, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, supporting recruitment activities, managing employee records, and ensuring compliance with Iraqi labor laws and employment regulations. Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain the company’s internal policies, regulations, and HR procedures. * Prepare and maintain the company’s organizational structure and develop clear job descriptions for employees. * Develop and implement employee performance evaluation systems and incentive programs. * Prepare, organize, and maintain employee contracts, personnel files, and administrative records. * Manage and follow up on employee affairs, including attendance, documentation, and other HR-related matters. * Ensure compliance with applicable Iraqi labor laws and employment regulations. * Contribute to building a professional and positive work environment. * Support and strengthen the company’s culture, values, and employee engagement. * Conduct recruitment interviews and participate in the selection of suitable candidates. * Support the recruitment process and coordinate with management regarding hiring requirements. * Ensure that HR policies and administrative procedures are properly implemented across the company. Requirements & Skills * Minimum 2 years of practical experience in Human Resources management or a related HR position. * Proven experience in preparing and developing internal company policies and procedures. * Good knowledge of HR administration, employee contracts, and personnel files. * Good understanding of Iraqi labor law and employment regulations. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to deal professionally with employees. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information. * Candidates residing near Al-Mansour, Baghdad are preferred.
