📢 WE ARE HIRING – Digital Marketing Specialist (eCommerce & Mobile App) 🏢 Company: BASKITT 📍 Location: Sulaymaniyah, Iraq 💼 Type: Full-time 📅 Deadline: 14/08/2026 BASKITT is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to lead performance marketing, customer acquisition, mobile app growth, campaigns, analytics, and online sales growth. 🔹 Key Responsibilities • Manage and optimize campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok and other platforms. • Drive app downloads, registrations, orders, sales, and customer retention. • Plan promotional, seasonal, retargeting, and remarketing campaigns. • Manage marketing calendars, budgets, audiences, and KPIs. • Analyze performance using GA4, Firebase, Meta Pixel, UTM, conversion tracking and other tools. • Conduct A/B testing and optimize conversion rates, CAC, CPA, CPI, ROAS and ROI. • Prepare weekly/monthly reports and actionable insights. • Work closely with the Creative Specialist and development team. 🔹 Requirements • Practical experience in performance marketing and eCommerce. • Experience with mobile app marketing and customer acquisition. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, GA4, Firebase and tracking tools. • Knowledge of retargeting, funnels, attribution, A/B testing and customer retention. • AI tools experience is an advantage. • Arabic required; Kurdish strong advantage; English preferred. • Sulaymaniyah-based candidates are preferred. 💰 Advertising Budget: Approximately $25,000 annually, separate from salary. 💵 Salary: Based on experience and qualifications. 📩 To Apply: Send your CV + relevant campaign experience/results to: [email protected] ⚠️ Please include examples of campaigns you personally managed and measurable results where possible. https://app.notion.com/p/Digital-Marketing-Specialist-eCommerce-Mobile-App-3b7ed53dd39f80f5b327fb9fa3e072cc #All_Kurdistan_Jobs
