Role Scope | نطاق العمل استقبال واتصال بالعملاء المحتملين (Inbound/Outbound) ضمن مشاريع/عروض عقارية. تأهيل العملاء (Lead Qualification) وفهم الاحتياج . حجز المواعيد لفريق المبيعات والمتابعة حتى حضور العميل. تحديث بيانات العملاء على CRM وتوثيق المكالمات بدقة. التنسيق مع فريق التسويق والمبيعات لضمان انسيابية تحويل العملاء. الالتزام بجودة المكالمة، أسلوب الحديث.
