Job Vacancy: Receptionist / Front Desk Officer Company: Najmadin Concrete Location: Sulaymaniyah, Iraq Employment Type: Full-Time Najmadin Concrete is seeking a dependable, welcoming, and organized Receptionist to join our Sulaymaniyah office. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and clients, managing front-desk operations with professionalism and efficiency. Key Responsibilities • Welcome visitors, clients, and partners warmly upon arrival and direct them to the appropriate department. • Answer, screen, and forward incoming telephone calls while providing accurate company information. • Manage daily incoming and outgoing correspondence, mail, deliveries, and documentation. • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and meeting area. • Assist administrative staff with filing, document preparation, and basic office coordination tasks. Work Schedule & Benefits • Working Days: 6 days per week (Saturday through Thursday) • Weekly Hours: ◦ 3 Days: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ◦ 3 Days: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM • Weekly Off: Friday • Meals: Daily lunch provided at the office Qualifications & Requirements • High school diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field. • Prior experience in front-desk operations, administration, or customer support. • Fluency in Kurdish and Arabic (English proficiency is an advantage). • Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills. • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace). • Punctual, professional demeanor, and strong attention to detail.
