تعلن شركة الحياة للسفر والسياحة عن حاجتها إلى **منسق حسابات العملاء (Client Account Coordinator)** للانضمام إلى فريق العمل ضمن قسم العمليات. **المسؤوليات:** • متابعة حسابات العملاء والشركات. • متابعة طلبات العملاء والتنسيق مع الأقسام المعنية. • متابعة الحجوزات والخدمات والطلبات القائمة. • متابعة ملاحظات العملاء ومعالجة المشكلات. • متابعة أرصدة العملاء والمدفوعات والتسويات بالتنسيق مع قسم الحسابات. • متابعة احتياجات العملاء وفرص تقديم خدمات إضافية. **المتطلبات:** • خبرة سنة واحدة على الأقل في إدارة حسابات العملاء أو العمليات. • يفضل الخبرة في مجال السفر والسياحة. • معرفة جيدة بخدمات السفر والحجوزات. • مهارات جيدة في التنظيم والمتابعة والتنسيق. • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية. • القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق وتحت الضغط. علماً أن العمل في **المقر الرئيسي للشركة في بغداد – السعدون، مقابل فندق بغداد**. يحدد الراتب حسب الخبرة. يرجى إرسال السيرة الذاتية على الإيميل وكتابة العنوان الوظيفي **منسق حسابات العملاء – Client Account Coordinator**: **[email protected]**
