📢 WE ARE HIRING | Faruk Medical City Position: Technical Services Supervisor Faruk Medical City is seeking an experienced and qualified Technical Services Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations, supervise technical staff, and ensure efficient service delivery while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: Coordinate departmental activities, collect reports from technical sections, and prepare weekly performance reports. Supervise subcontractors and ensure compliance with contractual obligations, service quality standards, and performance requirements. Lead and manage the Technical Services team, including staff performance evaluations, work schedules, leave plans, task allocation, and training needs. Ensure timely completion of inspections, operational checks, and maintenance activities for the hospital's electrical, mechanical, and building systems. Monitor quality indicators, evaluate departmental performance, and coordinate improvement initiatives with the Medical Standardization and Quality Department. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance hospital safety, service quality, operational efficiency, and accreditation standards. 🔹 Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. At least 5 years of technical experience in a healthcare facility. Ability to communicate effectively in English, Kurdish, and Arabic. Strong knowledge of hospital technical operations, facility management, and healthcare engineering systems. Familiarity with JCI accreditation standards; previous accreditation experience is an advantage. Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, including LV/MV systems, UPS, ATS, generators, distribution boards, power calculations, and preventive maintenance. Experience with control panels, MCC boards, VFDs, SCADA, BMS, synchronizing boards, and generator controllers. Ability to read, interpret, and implement electrical and mechanical drawings. Knowledge of water treatment systems (RO and water softeners), medical gas systems, and firefighting systems. Experience with HVAC systems, including chillers, VRV, AHUs, fan coil units, and pumping systems. Knowledge of heating systems, including boilers, burners, combi boilers, and heat exchangers. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
