Human Resources Manager ALUROOJ is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead HR operations and support its branches across Iraq. 📍 Erbil – Main Office Requirements: • 3–5 years of HR management experience, preferably in hospitality, food services, retail, or similar sectors. • Proven experience in high-volume recruitment. • Strong knowledge of Iraqi and KRG labor laws, social security, and payroll. • Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English - written and spoken. • Willingness to travel to branches across Iraq. • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, or a related field. 🕒 Schedule: 6 days per week, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM 📩 Apply: [email protected] Email Subject: HR Manager
