Job Opportunity Job Title: Project Coordinator Job Summary: I am seeking a highly qualified and experienced Project Coordinator-Architect to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of professional experience in architectural design, project management, and construction execution. As a Coordinator, you will lead the design, detailing, and execution of building projects, ensuring that the final product meets the project goals and timeline. Responsibilities: Lead the project design and detailing process, from schematic design through construction documents, with an emphasis on design excellence and project execution Ensure that all design and construction details meet the project's functional, aesthetic, and sustainability goals Manage project timelines, budgets, and schedules to ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery Develop and oversee project budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports Create and manage project schedules, including the development of critical path analysis and resource allocation plans Review construction drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with design intent and building codes Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and designers on the project team Participate in the design and construction review process to identify and resolve potential issues before they impact the project Requirements: Minimum 7 years of experience in architectural design, project management, and construction execution Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and other design and project management software Strong technical knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and building codes Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a team environment Proficiency in English, Arabic, and Kurdish languages is preferred.
