Job Title: Sales Supervisor For the following area ( Erbil , Sulaimanyah ) Team leader ( Duhok ) Company: Dar Al-Dawa ( Big River Pharma ) Location: Erbil , Sulaimanyah , Duhok Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Supervisor and a team leader to lead and mentor our sales team. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the sales activities, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the team meets and exceeds sales targets. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as a solid understanding of the medical industry. Responsibilities: * Supervise, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives. * Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals. * Set sales targets, track performance, and provide regular feedback. * Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions. * Monitor sales team's activities, including calls, meetings, and presentations. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. * Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth. * Prepare sales reports and forecasts. * Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy * Proven experience in sales, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role. * Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. * Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team. * In-depth knowledge of the medical industry and sales processes. * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
