هەلی کار لە رۆتانا سلێمانی تایبەتە بە FJK **📢 We Are Hiring – Recreation Supervisor (Female)** **Company:** Slemani Rotana **Location:** Sulaymaniyah – Kurdistan Region, Iraq **Job Summary:** The Recreation Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the recreation and health club facilities, managing daily operations, and ensuring high service standards for guests while leading and supporting the recreation team. **Key Responsibilities:** • Supervise recreation and health club facilities and staff. • Conduct daily briefings with the Recreation Manager / Assistant Recreation Manager and team. • Ensure all club rules and regulations are understood and followed. • Update and develop SOPs and train staff according to company standards. • Maintain full knowledge of facilities, memberships, and services. • Implement and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and maintenance checklists. • Ensure the club area is always clean, organized, and properly set up. • Maintain safety and hygiene standards during daily operations. • Ensure guests follow club rules and regulations. • Prepare weekly duty rosters for staff. **Requirements:** • Diploma or Degree in Sports, Leisure, or a related field. • Previous experience in a similar role. • Fluency in written and spoken English. • Computer knowledge is an advantage. **Key Competencies:** • Customer service focus • Leadership and team supervision • Effective communication skills • Problem-solving ability • Planning and organizing skills • Adaptability and teamwork • Ability to motivate and guide staff **How to Apply:** Interested candidates can apply through the following link: https://www.rotanacareers.com/en/iraq/jobs/recreation-supervisor-female-5441469/ ⸻
