Location: Sulaimaniyah- Bakhtiyary Working Time: (4:30 PM- 11:00 PM) Gender: Both Job Description: We are searching for an organized Ticketing Agent that will be responsible for preparing visa-related documents, like booking appointments, filling-in application forms, booking hotels, reserving tickets, issuing insurance, and translating documents. Responsibilities and Duties: -Issuing tickets, visas, insurance, and other travel services online /on systems. These services should be followed up on daily basis and making their data entries. -Data Entry on excel and other software. -Data entry on accounting system. -Follow up with customers and travel agents. Qualifications: -Excellent understanding of travel industry and intelligent travel support. -Graduate of a bachelor’s degree preferable. -Very good experience in Flight ticket booking, Hotel booking, Health insurance … etc. -Experience using Computer programs and emails with high level of focus in details. -Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English languages is required.
