A Five Star Hotel in Sulaymaniyah is reviewing applicants for the position of Rooms Division Manager: Job Description: The Rooms Division Manager is responsible for Front Office, SPA and Housekeeping; responsible for guests’ experience, treatment and satisfaction. Key responsibilities: • Direct efficient work flow and service delivery of Front Office, SPA and Housekeeping departments. • Manage and supervise all subordinate heads and supervisors as well as various personnel functions. • Ensure consistent compliance in terms of SOPs. • Ensure safe and efficient operations of the departments. • Organize staff training and attend improvement needs. • Coordinate with related departments to ensure objective achievements. • Monitor efficient attendance of guests’ and clients’ needs. • Coordinate with developing and implement marketing strategies. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or higher in, hotel management, business administration, or equivalents. • Minimum four years of working experience in a similar role. • Language proficiency: English and Arabic, Kurdish is a plus. • Efficient knowledge and full compliance of hotel operating controls, standards and procedures. • Display excellent communication, presentations, organizational and unique leadership skills. • Must be flexible in terms of working hours and schedules. • Ability to prepare, motivate and supervise staff teams. • Ability to develop talent in the hospitality industry. • Strong multi-tasking and time-management skills.
