"DSH Holding is looking for an experienced Event Coordinator to organize excellent events. You will be responsible for every aspect of planning and arranging our company events, from venue designs to evaluating success afterwards. What are the key skills required for this job? • Proven experience as event coordinator • A proven track record of organizing successful events • Excellent vendor management skills • Outstanding communication and negotiation ability • Well-organized with multi-tasking skills • Problem-solving ability • Degree in events management, hospitality management or relevant field is preferred Are you excited to take the responsibilities mentioned below for this role? • Identify the requirements and expectations for each event. • Planning and managing all event operations (i.e., venue set-up, tear down, invitations and follow-up processes). • Book entertainers, schedule hosts and choose the best combination of quality and cost • Negotiate with vendors to achieve the most favourable terms • Do final checks at the day of the event (e.g. tables, technology) to ensure everything meets standards • Oversee event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems • Assisting artists during performance night • Evaluate event’s success and submit reports • Maintain event budgets • Assess an event’s overall success and submit findings.
