This role is pivotal in bridging the communication between patients, dentists, clinics, and distributors to ensure the highest level of service satisfaction. 📍 Position Details Location: Erbil Reports to: Marketing Supervisor Industry: Healthcare / Dental Solutions (Implant Products & Lab Services) 🔑 Key Duties & Responsibilities Customer Support: Respond promptly to inquiries from patients, dentists, clinics, and distributors via phone, email, and social media. Information Management: Provide accurate details regarding dental services, implant products, and laboratory timelines. Complaint Resolution: Register and track customer complaints, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure a full resolution and follow-up. CRM Maintenance: Maintain and update the customer database/CRM with all interactions and feedback. Marketing Support: Gather customer insights and preferences to support marketing campaigns and patient satisfaction surveys. Cross-Departmental Coordination: Work closely with Foton Lab, clinics, and sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Brand Representation: Ensure all communications consistently reflect Varsa’s brand values and professional standards. 🎓 Qualifications & Skills Education: Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: Previous experience in customer service is required—preference is given to those with a background in healthcare, dental, or medical products. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Problem-Solving: Strong ability to resolve conflicts and handle inquiries with patience and a customer-focused mindset.
