Varsa Group seeks an experienced HR & Admin Supervisor to lead HR and administrative operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and office management. Requirements: Bachelor’s in HR, Business Admin, or related field 3–5 years HR experience, 1 year in supervision Fluent in Kurdish, Arabic, and English Experience with Odoo HR modules Knowledge of Iraqi labor laws Key Responsibilities: Manage daily HR operations and supervise HR & Admin team Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations Coordinate payroll with Finance using Odoo Oversee office administration, logistics, and suppliers Ensure labor law compliance and prepare management reports Skills: Leadership, communication, conflict resolution, reporting, Odoo proficiency, professionalism 📩 To apply: Submit your CV to [email protected]
