هەلی ** کار:** Junior Accountant 📍 شوێنی کار: سلێمانی 🏥 شوێنی کار: Dental House Clinic 🏢 سەر بە: Varsa Group *Junior Accountant* Job Summery The Accountant Assistant is responsible for supporting the financial and accounting operations of Dental House Clinic. The role ensures accurate recording of financial transactions, proper management of patient payments, payroll processing, and compliance with internal financial policies. The position reports directly to the CFO of Varsa Group and works in coordination with the clinic management team. Key Responsibilities 1. Patient Payments & Receivables • Collect payments from patients and issue receipts accordingly. • Maintain and update patient payment records (hard copy and digital). • Monitor and track installment payments and follow up when necessary. 2. Financial Records & Data Entry • Perform accurate and timely data entry for all clinic expenses and financial transactions. • Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records. • Assist in maintaining organized accounting records in line with organization policies. 3. Payroll Management (Temp) • Prepare and process monthly payroll for clinic staff. • Ensure salary calculations, deductions, and payments are accurate and timely. 4. Expense & Operational Payments • Manage and process payments related to operational expenses. • Verify supporting documents before processing payments. 5. Reporting & Basic Financial Analysis • Conduct basic financial data analysis (percentages, frequencies, rates, and trend identification). • Assist in preparing periodic financial reports for review by the CFO. 6. Compliance & Support • Ensure compliance with Varsa Group’s financial policies and procedures. • Support audits and provide required documentation when requested. • Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned by the CFO. Qualifications & Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Previous experience in accounting or finance. • Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Good organizational and communication skills. • Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information. https://ebi-varsa.odoo.com/jobs/junior-accountant-31
